Some minor changes :

 - new 'status' indicators show absent/clean/built etc.; also buttons which
in future will attempt to achieve that state.
 - reads /etc/make.conf
 - understands the files.usa/files.non_usa convention for ITAR-affected
ports, picks according to USA_RESIDENT option, environment variable
   or /etc/make.conf option.
 - distfile browser text box wrap problem fixed; distfiles with large
numbers of associated ports will no longer upset the alignment of
   distfiles and their ports.

As always, ftp://gsoft.com.au/pub/pib.tcl.gz

Can anyone beat MarkM's 7 minutes flat on a full distfiles collection?
Surely this is a proprietary benchmark that we've kept under lock and
key from the Linux crowd? 8)
