patch with update to 14Aug2014

Hello,

attached a patch to update astro/phoon to its current version.

portlint: WARN, missing license -> i scanned homepage and code, but could not
find one
poudriere: OK for 9.3, 10.1 and 10.2 amd64
run time test: execute phoon and phoon with -l option - both works

Please note: i removed two patches because i could not figure out their need.
Older PRs suggest that the patches should remove compiler warnings. But i did
not see any difference in warnings with or without patches.

I've adjusted the Makefile patch to respect the actual CFLAGS. Because my C is
not very good i've just assumed that the rest of the patch is okay and kept it.

To be sure i whould have created an Review but there is an long standing issue
with umlauts in Diffs. Feel free to create a review yourself.

Greetings,
Torsten
