I encountered some difficults to use my CD-Recorder on my FreeBSD 4.5-STABLE/i386. See yourself: #cdrecord -scanbus -verbose Cdrecord 1.10 (i386-unknown-freebsd4.5) Copyright (C) 1995-2001 Jörg Schilling TOC Type: 1 = CD-ROM cdrecord: No such file or directory. Cannot open SCSI driver. cdrecord: For possible targets try 'cdrecord -scanbus'. Make sure you are root. I am very disappointed about that!
