How did you build your system? At one time you maybe cd'ed into
usr.bin/lex and just typed 'make' without 'make obj'?
The fix is to:
rm -rf /usr/obj/*
cd /usr/src
make cleandir
make buildworld
cvs -q up
and you shouldn't see this again.
