Patch for libgcrypt

* Add USES=3D pathfix
* Remove USE_CSTD (needed?)
* Minor rearragement of Makefile for better readability

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)

Mini-exp run on 13.2 (amd64) with libgpg-error 1.50 looks fine (dependency =
list
grabbed from https://www.freshports.org/security/libgcrypt/)
