The ISPs are expecting you to be running some sort of Windoze or MAC..... I'm not familiar with that brand NIC and probably neither is FBSD. You need to determine what driver runs it and if it is supported in the hardware list. Compatible NICs are fairly inexpensive and I'll bet most will work with the modem. For $20.00 or less, you could be up and running with one quick trip to the store if you want fast results..... or, maybe someone knows this NIC and has your answer.....
