Looks like it's xorg's new bug. I found someone has a same issue that is using Debian in the freedesktop bugzilla. I have added my details over there. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5483 I have added a comment of workaround for avoid the scroll up + right click in bugzilla too.
