When I first installed my freeBSD system I thought, that I should install all the ports as well. Now I realize, that it was a dumn idea. So I want to delete all of them. My question is: How can I delete all the pragrams that were aded by sysinstall (pkg_add). So that I won't damage the system. My second question is: How can I delete almost all the programs except some of them. What I would like to specify. My biggest problem is that if I say: $ pkg_delete -r program_name I can't see what the program actually deletes. And because I set the "-r" it deletes all the other programs as well, that are connected to the original program that I specified. How can I make it to write out the actual status, what he is doing?
