matthew@reztek.cz has reassigned Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org>= 's request for maintainer-feedback to x11@FreeBSD.org: Bug 216275: x11-drivers/xf86-input-penmount: update for compatibility with modern X server https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D216275 --- Description --- Created attachment 179088 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D179088&action= =3Dedit update x11-drivers/xf86-input-penmount All the input drivers other than keyboard, mouse, joystick, synaptics, evde= v, and libinput are unmaintained upstream. I have collected any git commits pa= st the last release and added patches as necessary to build error-free with a modern Xorg server (tested with 1.18.4 and 1.19.1), but I do not have this ancient input hardware so cannot run test. While this is only build tested, it's still an improvement as these have seen little or no attention in year= s. If anyone uses this hardware, please report on the state of this driver, otherwise it will be assumed to be unused and no further maintenance efforts will be extended.
