i thought i'd use some new-found intelligence and clean up my
/dev directory of unused devices, and ended up deleting my
rwd0 devices ...  now i'm screwed!  i didn't realize they
were part of wd0 ...

i can only get a read-only fs now - can i repair this damage?
or do i have to re-install everything?  (i hope not! :( )
