AFAIK there is no automatic migration, it's like installing a different desktop. I know you can copy wallet files across, and you can probably carry some other data over, but for the most part it isn't worth it. I'd suggest you back-up or rename your .kde and .kderc to keep them safe. KDE4 is very much the "new coke" of desktops.
