I think it would be appropriate to wrap the line as usual (< 80
characters).  The change is easy to see, so it shouldn't make life any
more difficult for the translators.  Likewise for the other two
changes.  Otherwise, this looks good; modtime is definitely wrong.
mtime might be okay, but modification time is even better.
