Frank Volf just noticed that I'd accidentally stuck the sup file that
cvsup uses to store it's bookkeeping inside the area used by ctm for it's
own distributions.  I moved it out of there, because you don't need that
info and it grows endlessly (until I remember to truncate it).

Those of you getting ctm of cvs will notice the directory has disappeared,
it shouldn't cause any problems.
