I am using a JVC-XR-W2010 scsi cdrom on an Adaptec 154x isa scsi card. The kernal seems to initialize the card right, since it actives the cdrom and says "Waiting for scsi devices to settle." But when I try to install from CD, it says NO CD-ROM can be found on your system. Do you have an idea what is causing this? Steven Lascos slascos@headwaters.com slascos@onlinesys.com
