When I use TIP cuaa0 command I get following response.

Tip /dev/cuaa0:  Device Busy   link down

Cuaa0 is com1 port connected to external modem. Turning modem power off/on
does not reset problem. Even rebooting FBSD does not clear it.

How do I reset cuaa0?
