Hi Guys, so it comes another time to the point where we suffer from identical proble= ms highly propable having different causes: I have a SX4000, not a RM8000. = I have only 4 disks in total, so I cannot remove :-) Anyway: I think we made an error in buying Promise. Since the our driver pe= ople (namely Mr. Gibbs) are highly responsive in contrast to the Promise pe= ople I think it is wise to trust in Mr. Gibbs and assigning the blame to Pr= omise (what, in fact, does not help at all :-(( ) So, propably a new bios will come up one day in the future and propably the= y will understand their issues and fix the DV initialization structure.
