The navigation bar is great, but it needs to be at the very top of the pages, above the individual page titles, and I'm not quite sure it needs to be on the home page at all. The dark shadow around the letters really helps the readability of the letters near the light end of the gradient. Now, what do the asterisks (*) mean? I expect to see a footnote somewhere... -john
