I am having the same damn problem. Win to Win == 2.5MB/sec FreeBSD to Win = 200kb/sec FreeBSD to FreeBSD = 200 - 500 kb/sec. This was tested with 30MB file via ftp [ftp server is both on Windows and FreeBSD, tested both ways.] Are you using LINKSYS LNE100TX cards by any chance using the dc0 driver??
