(in the 'defaults' section, so commented out means this _is_ the normal sta=
te)

Somewhat misdescribed, since "user has modified" doesn't actually mean anyt=
hing
particular about _how_ they differ from the current presumed state, just _t=
hat_
it differs.  In this case, because previous versions made them that way.
