To: FreeBSDMobile MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/plain; CHARSET=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-mobile@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Hello List, i'm seeking for a solutions. I have searched the archiv, used the dejanews and i have tried different setting without success. I use FreeBSD 3.4 and PAO! The LEDs "Ln/Act" and "10/100" is flashing periodic (ca. 1.sec) and i get "ed0 device timeout". The FAQ tell me, there are an irq conflict. But i am not able to fetch the right irq, because i'm a newbie in FreeBSD and i am missing the step by step manual. I have found a dumpcis of DFE-650 via dejanews and i noticed the difference at Tuple #6. From the archiv, i see "length=38" and my dumpcis tell me, the length is 40. Maybe this is the reason of my horror trip? Maybe, i get failure with Autonegotiaton? I am seeking for the right setting in rc.conf too (media 100BaseTX mediaopts half-duplex?). Any hints, helps and suggestions are very welcome! Thanks!
