Hi,

        i have a strange problem. When a try use a command or script
        (c-shell, bash, perl) with & i get:

[1]  + Stopped (tty output)   foo.bar

        If i don't use &, bud suspend the execution (Ctrl-Z) and
        use a bg command, everthing works...

Any sugestion???
