So we just need to adjust git-arc to use the actual script instead of the link, and the freebsd-git-devtools port to depend on arcanist-lib instead of arcanist. See <https://reviews.freebsd.org/D53942>. BTW, you don't actually need to install the port to use git-arc; you can just `ln -s /usr/src/tools/tools/git/git-arc.sh /usr/local/bin/git-arc`.
