It just so happens that lately people have been behaving very well so we've not needed to do much. It really is a good turn of events that all committers should be proud of. Having said that, the trb would likely be a better place for this sort of dispute. There's technical arguments on both sides that make sense and someone needs to take a good hard look at it to decide which side is right. Warner
