This URL does not respond when I attempt to access it: ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/ . I receive an error report to the effect: "There was no response. The server could be down or is not responding. If you are unable to connect again later, contact the server's administrator." I am using Netscape version 4.77.
