You need natd running in your freebsd machine !

add this entry to your ppp.linkup file
 !bg /bin/sh /etc/ppp/natd.conf

then make this file

natd.conf
/usr/sbin/natd -l -dynamic -interface tun0
/sbin/ipfw -f flush
/sbin/ipfw add divert natd all from any to any via tun0
/sbin/ipfw add pass all from any to any

Also you need another entry for your ppp.linkdown

!bg /bin/sh /etc/ppp/ip.down

and the file

ip.down

/bin/ps -auxw |grep natd|awk '{print $2}'|xargs kill -9

That will do it for you Peter ! ;-)
