Patch file

The sigrok project produces a number of interdependent packages. They need =
to
be updated in parallel, as the newer binaries won't work on older libraries=
 and
vice versa. This patch updates them all to the current release versions. The
maintainer has been unresponsive, so I've taken over that role as well.

There are two other sigrok-related ports. Neither use sources from the sigr=
ok
project. Neither has had an update that changes the FreeBSD port since they
were created, and have not been updated.

Patch for me doesn't seem to want to remove the old files directories in
devel/libsigrok and science/pulseview. Those are no longer needed, and will
probably create problems if not removed. Instructions for either getting pa=
tch
to do what I want or for building a better diff file appreciated.
