     Michael! :)
   - add WITHOUT_SDL (hi joshe! :) and WITHOUT_CDROM_DMA knobs (the latter to work
     around atapicam problems in FreeBSD guests with the now by default enabled
     ide cdrom dma patch)
   - use OPTIONS
