1) It was set to rc.conf, "scprotect_progs=auditd". 
2) "sh /usr/local/etc/rc.d/scprotect start" was executed.
3) Process ID is not reflected in scprotect.list of sysctl.

As stated above.

`echo' should be deleted from `echo /sbin/sysctl ...' of rc.d/scprotect.
