Hi,

Try this...

*default host=cvsup2.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_3
*default delete use-rel-suffix

src-all
doc-all

and if you also want to update your ports collection, add this line at the 
end...

ports-all tag=.
