The book is in french (that's why it's not a really big news). It's available from the publisher (Eyrolles): http://www.editions-eyrolles.com/php.informatique/Ouvrages/9782212112443 .php3 The book name is simply "BSD", and it's in a collection called "Les cahiers de l'admin", which could be translated intoi "The administrator's notebook".
