Experiencing some troubles with SCSI disks on FBSD 4.8 and looking for advice/solution how to fix/diagnose-more... What (maybe not) causes troubles: okey# make clean ===> Cleaning for m4-1.4_1 rm: /usr/ports/devel/m4/work: Directory not empty *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/devel/m4. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/devel/m4. okey# Message from syslogd@okey at Tue Jun 6 10:50:12 2006 ... okey /kernel: <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Dump Card State Ends >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> and machine went stuck... That error report happenned twice after what machine was rebooted (just `reset`ing). After reboot with turning off power and so on: `camcontrol' tells that all is OK, but I think it's not... Was using `iostat' to have some additional traces, but it showed that's all ok even. Also used `dd' to make some huge loads on disks, but it even told me nothing, except "OK".
