If you're building a release for a platform that doesn't have a working
doc toolchain, but you'd like release documentation on your ISOs or FTP
site, see freefall:~bmah/bin/relnotesng.sh. Run this thing from an
empty directory somewhere on the cluster, with arguments as described in
the comments, and it'll populate the directory with the release
documentation files for your platform, based on files from the
RELNOTESng snapshot site.

Bruce.
