I deleted the RC1 cdboot image because it is no longer needed. We
are not going with cdboot, and so there will be no more cdboot images
for the RCs. I kept the plain RC1 image around in case anyone wants
to verify a regression in correctness from RC1 to RC2. However, I've
just deleted this image from ftp-master -- users can still find the
RC1 image on releng4.freebsd.org if they need it.
