Hello

I have just completed the installation of sendmail 8.9.1 and am having a
problem configuring it. I have setup an access database so that I can
send email from my domain. I want to do the following all emails to
abc.com forwarded to bill@def.com but when I add the following to the
virtusertable ( abc.com test@def.com) run makemap and restart sendmail
and issue sendmail -d21 sales@abc.com rulest 4 returns sales@abc.com
instead of test@def.com . Can anyone explain to me what I am doing wrong?
If I add
R$+ <@abc.com.> $: test<@def.com.>
to the sendmail.cf ruleset S98 I get a 550 error message.

Thank you

Andy Thornbranch
