For installation you just need to know the IP-address of an FTP-server mirroring FreeBSD. hostname is/should be the name of your machine and it is up to you to choose one. The domain is the name of the IP-network your host belongs to. The domain is generally registered with the InterNIC. It would be good to read some introductory text about IP-networking and Unix.
