Any access to the drive causes a kernel panic. The drive is a WangDAT drive aha0 targ 4 lun 0: type 1(sequential) removable SCSI1 aha0 targ 4 lun 0: st0: density code 0x13, 512-byte blocks, write-enabled The panic is type 12 (page fault - page not present). The current process is "Idle". My other SCSI devices are working fine and the drive is known to work on other systems.
