Forgot to mention that I didnt find its definition in the headers form the book either };) -----Original Message----- From: ROTHENBERG, MICHAEL [mailto:MROTHENBERG@exchange1.PRIA.com] Sent: Thursday, October 12, 2000 12:23 PM To: 'FreeBSD-questions' Subject: Network socket addr size not defined? I'm using Unix Network Programming Vol1 2nd ed. by Stevens and he references a type 'socklen_t' all over the place. Yet it seems not to be defined anywhere in several of the common network headers. After some more reading I typedefed it as uint32_t and everything seems to be working out. Am I missing something?
