Launched as normal user it behaves strangely: application of an effect resu=
lts
in an empty track. Selecting a portion of a track and creating silence resu=
lts
in an extended silenced part of the same.
Launched as Root, everything is ok.
These issues do not appear under Windows 10 and Linux UbuntuStudio 16.10
Tested on two pc's with mint installation of FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p6, packa=
ges
updated via pkg. Compiled port has same issues.
