https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D233222 Bug ID: 233222 Summary: lang/sbcl: license standardization Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: krion@FreeBSD.org Reporter: phascolarctos@protonmail.ch Flags: maintainer-feedback?(krion@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: krion@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 199237 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D199237&action= =3Dedit sbcl license standardization patch I changed the license block by using the standard licenses list. SBCL is released mainly under public domain or FreeBSD license (which, according to wikipedia, is BSD2CLAUSE). The solution now in the ports tree = is to create a new license that combines them and pointing to the file with all the details. I propose to set LICENSE=3D PD BSD2CLAUSE along with LICENSE_C= OMB=3D dual while keeping the same explanatory file in LICENSE_FILE. This solution avoids to create a new license, with its own name and permissions. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
