sbcl license standardization patch

I changed the license block by using the standard licenses list.

SBCL is released mainly under public domain or FreeBSD license (which,
according to wikipedia, is BSD2CLAUSE). The solution now in the ports tree =
is
to create a new license that combines them and pointing to the file with all
the details. I propose to set LICENSE=3D PD BSD2CLAUSE along with LICENSE_C=
OMB=3D
dual while keeping the same explanatory file in LICENSE_FILE.

This solution avoids to create a new license, with its own name and
permissions.
