New Mew-ports are 'correct master-slave relation' that is master for
English version, slave for I18N version. Also new Mew-ports have
following featues :

(1) Patches are includes up to 1.92.4

(2) I18N-ized Mew ports have following dependencies.

                                   +- mew-1.92
                                   |
        im-76 --- mew-common-1.92 -+
                                   |
                                   +- mew-mule-1.92 --- ja-mew-1.92

(3) user-install script include following functions.

  1) languages and ".emacs" file are selective.
  2) Address, FromDomain and ToDomain in ~/.im/Config can be
     specified.
  3) New option "Options" was added and 1.citation 2. highlight body
for Mew, 3. Change citation according to the message body
language, 4. Change signature according to the message body
     language would be selective.

I wonder if I18N-ized effect was only for info file installation
according to individual language. Other I18N functions may be aware
when other 'I18N pepole'(Chinese, Korean and so on) checks Mew ports.
