You don't need FreeBSD to do this. You need a router with a serial port. I have never managed to find any sort of expansion card for a PC that has 15 pin NTU connector. Leased lines don't have connection scripts, on the basis that they are always connected. You don't want to use PPP either. You will have to add routing entries to your routers to get things working. I think your best option is to buy a book on IP networking. Sorry I can't help with your problem, but I think one of us is really confused.
