It seems that vmware is emulating a 10mbit NIC, and the messages pop up when the traffic gets heavy. It seems that they are only warning messages, as everything works fine. (ignore them) -- What part of "Ph'nglui mglw'nath Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" don't you understand?
