Thanks for those who replied to my message concerning
reconstructing a disk for which no disklabel information is
available. It payed off as well as can be expected, and I was
only unable to recover around 11M worth of data. Sysinstall
tried to swapon a swap partition in the middle of one of the
previous partitions - otherwise it would have been a 100%
recovery rate. :(
