yes, I have already checked the FAQ and the page that is linked from it - I
have been dorking with this for several days.  I will admit that it is not a
'mission critical' item - however, now it has become a matter of personal
vengence =)

Thanks for any input! I have done everything the FAQ says, downloaded the
BMP from the linked site and everything else I can think of..
