Well, I recompiled with B1228800 defined in termios.h but when i start ppp i get a complaint that the speed does not exist so it seems to be more complicated than that. Furthermore, testing ftp with XP I get about 2mbit/second downstream, same ftp server with FreeBSD it's about 240kbit/s with serial speed 921600. Anyone on the list who managed to crank the speed up? Hardware is ThinkPad T42 with a Huawei E220 modem and 7-STABLE. --per
