Get all the files from 
ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/4.0-RELEASE/crypto.tar.gz
unpack the archive and run the install.sh script.

openssh and openssl is now part of base freebsd afaik, so the
open{ssh,ssl} ports are irrelevant to 4+ users.
