This is the correct import of the slightly updated smbfs-1.4.2.  It
contains a large number of changes, but most of these are for Darwin
support.

The changes we imported for are:

1) Allows the path to nsmb.conf to be overridden at build time.  This
   means we don't have to take smb_lib.h off the vendor branch.

2) Incorporates manual pages fixes from fenner and ru.
