Here's the idea: This has been done, and was taken down earlier under threats of libel. However, it could probably be done by classifying the sender/spammer on factual criteria on what they have done. Eg: 'this user sent me 100 posts', or 'more than 1000 people have received copies of this message', and then the user can themselves use this info to determine how they want to block spam.
