Beware that this is a SCSI-CCS device. I tried unsuccessfully to use this same model changer with an Adaptec 2940UW. I think the primary problem I had was that I was using an external 68 pin (wide) to 50 pin Centronix cable which did not have the upper byte terminated. This made my bus unstable. A friend with quality cables had no problems with this device though. So, as always, beware of marginal cabling. > I am using FBSD 4.5-stable. > I have a Pioneer DRM-600.
