https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D220394 Bug ID: 220394 Summary: digikam, too many open files Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: walter@pelissero.de Created attachment 183962 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=3D183962&action= =3Dedit the patch On large collection of photographs Digikam opens too many files. Even a 30K system limit is not enough. It seems to be a problem with file monitoring. The following patch uses the same workaround as on OSX and Windows: enables monitoring of the directories only, rather than all files. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
